The Student Village

Cratloe Wood is a purpose-built private development designed to accommodate students in a friendly village style environment. Providing accommodation for over 600 students, the village is just 500 metres from LIT - Limerick Institute of Technology.

Facilities Bord Fáilte design standards The village is made up of 210 apartments, all designed to a Failte Ireland 3* standard. An apartment can comprise of 2 or 3 bedrooms, with the 3 bedroom apartments containing 2 single bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen/dining area.
Student benefits As part of the design, there is a dedicated study area for each student. Free car parking is provided for all residents. Laundry facilities are provided Student pavilion comprising a games room, and recreation area. The kitchen is fully-fitted and each apartment comes with cable TV, and internet access as standard.
Our Commitment The village is manned by 24 hour security and CCTV. The village also caters for students with special needs. The village has a full maintenance service and refuse collection. As part of its commitment to its students, Cratloe Wood provides an on-site warden, residential caretaker & management team.
