Terms and Conditions of Cratloe Wood Village Booking Contract:

First term fees must be paid in full prior to occupation and before a key is obtained.

All residents must sign our lease on moving into Cratloe Wood Student Village.

All residents must confirm their acceptance of your accommodation in the village no later than 28th August 2007. If we do not hear from you by this date, you application will be cancelled.

Apartment Fobs (keys) will not be issued until all the appropriate fees are paid in full. If you loose
Your fob a charge of 30 will be required to replace it. If the fob is not returned on departure, 30 will be deducted from the security deposit.There is a €15 charge for lost bedroom keys.

Internet connection is available to all residents. Prices and information can be found in reception.

We have to wait for the final electricity bills to arrive before we can refund any deposits to the students on departure, this means there can be up to a 2 month delay before deposits are calculated and returned.

Any residents wishing to depart early must give 1 months written notice to Cratloe Wood Management Company. Otherwise, 4 weeks rent will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

Second term fees must be paid on time, late fees will be subject to a late fee of 10.00 per week, for each week the fees are late!!
